3460866 - Frequent disconnect of SAP Signavio on-prem extractor package

The On-prem package console window (start.sh) is frequently found to be closed resulting is connection loss.

When using a Linux VM, instead of running start.sh in a console window we recommend that you run it as a service. This is to ensure that the on-prem package recovers automatically in case of a VM reboot for example and runs automatically in the background.
