3460883 - HANADB DataSource creation in BW Modeling Tools is failing with error: Cannot get remote source objects

Symptom

Creating a New DataSource based on a SAP HANA Table or View failed with error:

An exception has occurred
internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: Could not get tables

Same error is returned via service: GET /sap/bw/modeling/is/values/hanaentity?sourcesystem=<source_system_name>&pattern=*&maxrows=201

Additional logs also display: sql error 403 performing OPC [dbds         451]
