Symptom
When accessing the SAP BTP cockpit via a newly configured Platform Identity Provider, the following error appears in the browser:
OpenID provider cannot process the request because the configuration is incorrect. Please contact your system administrator.
In the Identity Authentication tenant's Troubleshooting Logs, the following entry can be seen:
OIDC login failed: Unknown client. Correlation ID: <correlation_id>
state="failed", action="issueJwtToken", objectType="openIdClient", objectId="<object_id>", message="Unable to find client associated with <object_id>.", category="audit.authentication", workflow="openIdConnect"
