3460965 - Sales Order Status Not Changed to Completed After Maintaining Reason For Rejection

Unable to reject a Sales Order, even though the reason for rejection is maintained in the Sales Order.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Orders Work Center.
2. Go to the Sales Orders View. 
3. Filter for All Orders.
4. Search for the Sales Order ABC (ABC represents the sales order ID).
5. Under the General tab, the Reason for rejection is maintained. 

The Sales Order status is still with status In Preparation.

The reason for rejection is greyed out, since there are no products maintained in items tab. 

Therefore to resolve this issue either you need to add the line item again under items tab and save the document. Then remove the Reason for Rejection and add the same again. Now the sales order status will become Completed. 

Or, since the sales order is with status In Preparation, you should be able to delete the sales order directly.
