Error "Invalid headers given in the CSV" occurs when importing Assessment Vendor Package.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Provisioning -> Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages.
2. Try to import the file.
3. Error "Invalid headers given in the CSV" is displayed.

1. Invalid headers. The header line may include a language code that is not enabled.
2. Unsupported file format.

To avoid invalid headers, it is recommended to export the most recent Assessment Vendor Packages from the system and use it as a template, instead of using an old file saved locally.

After editing the CSV file, please save the it using the file format "CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv)".

Note: it does not accept the format "CSV UTF-8 (Comma Delimited) (*.csv)".
