3461176 - Add or Delete Payment Information Portlet - Onboarding

If there are multiple Payment Information Portlet added manually by selecting "Add" and later user can remove additional Portlet by selecting "Delete" icon including the main portlet.
Is it possible to take the "Delete" option away from main Payment Information Portlet? So that user is not allowed to delete it.

Currently this is system limitation. The "Add" and "Delete" option behavior works same on all Portlet. It is not possible to control "Delete" option on one Portlet and not other.
