3461215 - Please tell us how to rebuild credit management data for more than 2,000 Business Partners

Symptom

  • Customer wants to do mass rebuild of credit management data for more than 2000 business partners at once.
  • Error message : "Rebuild Credit Management Data" cannot rebuild Credit Exposure more than 2000 Business Partners."

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Use App Rebuild Credit Management Data.
  2. Schedule a job template Rebuild Credit Exposure.
  3. Select more than 2000 business partners to schedule the job.
  4. Schedule job.

Cause

The rebuild is nothing that you should run permanently but only in exceptional cases and it is very time consuming therefore the limitation to 2000 BPs is there.

Resolution

You can build suitable packages, e.g. by number range intervals or other criteria for business partner selection.
