Symptom
You wish to remove the Knowledge Base Tab from Agent Desktop Side by Side mode Customer Hub.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Resolution
In order to remove the Knowledge Base follow the below steps:
- Go to Administrator
- Service and Social
- Configure Agent Desktop
- Agent Desktop Administration
- Extensibility
- UI View: agentOptionSpaceSBS.
- Select the tab “Knowledge Base”
- Select Hide
