3461304 - Team Overview rejection comment is not visible in the pop-up box

The comment provided in the signature comment box by the subject user on the form is not populating into the signature step "read comment" box in Team Overview section.

1. Log into the instance
2. Proxy with manager who has access to Team Overview
3. Go to Performance Inbox
4. Open Team Overview
5. Go to that section and find a form on which a rejection comment has been provided by user
6. Click on "read comment" 
7. Face situation in which the pop-up box is empty 

The rejection comment is not coming from the box from the form but from the notification box after clicking on the button that sends the form back.

Notification comment box should be configured with the following token: [[DOC_COMMENT]]
