3461366 - Supplier Field is Empty in Sales Order Volume Report

You would like to view the Ship-From maintained in the Sales Order within the Sales Order Volume report, however, the Supplier field which is expected to show this value is empty.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Lists sub-view.
3. Select and open the Sales Order Volume report.
4. Add the Sales Orders ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Sales Order).
5. Enter Row field Supplier.

Despite having a Ship-From maintained at the item level, the data is not reflecting within the report under the Supplier field. 

Both scenarios below are applicable to the item having an Internal or External fulfillment. 

• If the Sales Order line item is cancelled and the delivery status as Not Started, no value will be displayed in the Supplier field of the report.
• In case the line item Delivery Status is In Process and the item is cancelled, then the Supplier field will be maintained.
• Should the Delivery Status be In Process and the item not cancelled, the Supplier field will be maintained.

This is the system expected behavior.
