3461390 - 'Error Code 702' in India eWay Bill

Symptom

'Error Code 702: The distance between the pin codes given is too high. NIC suggested distance is KMS' and eInvoice not available in eDocument Cockpit app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access eDocument Cockpit app
  2. Submit the related eWay Bill and the error will be received
  3. Go to 'Application Log' and the description is triggered.

Cause

"Error Code 702" happens because in the GSP Test Database there will be more distance and not every pin to pin distance is present. Thus, 'eInvoice' tab has missing or faulty configuration.

Resolution

Kindly review SAP Help Configuration Options for Key Users to conclude the eInvoice configuration and Please ask the GSP for the Pin Code that they have the distance maintained and retry submiting with new document.
