3461448 - How to transfer Story reports between instances with Report Center?

This article explains how to transfer Story reports between instances when the source and / or the destination instance have Report Center enabled.

In order to transfer Story reports you will need to access the report center and use the 'Export' option listed under each report menu:

1. Go to the report center.
   Locate the desired Story, click the action menu and select 'Export':
   
   
   
   
2. A file with the .Package extension will be downloaded to your computer

After exporting the desired reports, you can access the destination instance to import them:

1. Navigate to Report Center in the destination instance and click the 'Import' button on the top right corner:
   
   
   
   
2. A window will pop up and it is possible to select a file from the computer to be imported, here you can click on in the option 'browse' to select the file you exported from the other instance:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Once the Import completes you will get a confirmation about the upload.
