3461462 - Interface not found error in eDocument Cockpit app

Symptom

'Interface &1& (&/EDOTR&) not found in namespace &SENDUBL&' error in 'Application Log' from eDocument Cockpit app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Access eDocument Cockpit app
Select the related source document
Go to > Application Log and the message is triggered

Cause

Missing or Faulty configuration under Communication Arrangement app.
