3461466 - After manually determining the offsetting accounts, the journal entry still did not appear in the cash flow statements

Symptom

After manually determining the offsetting accounts in the app Determine Offsetting Accounts Manually - China, the journal entry still did not appear in the cash flow statements.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open app Determine Offsetting Accounts Manually - China.
  2. Select one row for each debit and credit item and then click Create Pair.
  3. After the first pairing is created, a row of pairing information appears in the pairing list. The user repeats each row in the debit and credit items, then clicks Create Pair, and so on, until there will be no line items for the debit and credit items and click Save.
  4. Open app Cash Flow Statements - China and fill out the mandatory fields.
  5. Click Execute, but the journal entry still did not appear in the cash flow statements.

Cause

Zero Balance Clrg is a settlement account and cannot be matched with other G/L accounts.

Resolution

The zero balance Clrg account has a debit and a credit transaction. Match them individually, and the remaining G/L accounts can be matched with each other.
