3461487 - Picklist Search : State/Province field values trauncated

The drop down values in the picklist search State and Province field are cut or not displayed as updated in the system.

Access the career site 

On the Search Bar --> Show more options --> State/Province Field

The values displayed are not shown completely. They are cut

The RMK State field only allows up to 4 characters to the value

This is currently the expected behavior. The best practice here is to send Country or Region codes only to this field.
