Courses are not launching from CDP side after clicking on item title

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login into Bizx instance
2. go to objectives >> select goal 
3. Try launching assigned items from the goal

The courses are assigned twice to the user, one from CDP and one from Learning.The application does not know how to handle this and therefore prevents the launch.  

Items that are assigned from within the learning page cannot be launched from the development page. This is a correct system behavior and is meant to prevent internal items from being launched externally (as learning and development are two different modules).

There is a workaround. If the user is unassigned the item that was assigned from learning (leaving only the assignment from development), then the user is able to launch the learning activity from development page. You can see the user's assignment from the admin UI.
