3461597 - Removing $ORACLE_HOME/bin from the sidadm users PATH variable

Symptom

When upgrading to Oracle 19c, note 2799900 recommends removing the $ORACLE_HOME/bin from the PATH of the sidadm environment.

"Starting Oracle Database 19c, $ORACLE_HOME/bin is by default not included any more in PATH environment variable of SAP administrator OS user <sapsid>adm when you install a new SAP NetWeaver system. When you upgrade to 19c, you should remove $ORACLE_HOME/bin from PATH variable of <sapsid>adm."

The note does not specify how to remove the entry from PATH.
