3461603 - SAML2 SSO failed:SOAP Communication code 1 status failed on CREATE_HTTP_CLIENT_BYDEST_ERROR

Symptom

The SAML2 SSO failed when access the ABAP system with the following error message :

SOAP Communication code 1 status failed on CREATE_HTTP_CLIENT_BYDEST_ERROR.

These above error message could be found in the SAML trace log.(Note :2960670 - How to collect SAML trace with the Security Diagnostic Tool for ABAP system)
