Symptom
In a BP with customer role, you can maintained multiple email addresses. You have set one email address as the default email address (default valid from and default valid to).
However, when creating a transaction (e.g. sales order) with the customer, a different email address is used as the default email. This is not expected.
The symptom also applies to vendor master data and other communication data (e.g. telephone).
