Symptom

If tried to create new custom field in Custom Fields app, got next error

Error :
   There is a pending deletion for a field with name XXX. 
   Please see note 3327309 for further details about re-creation of deleted custom fields and the implications. 
   Note: You need to explicitly confirm the re-creation of the custom field.
