3461694 - Structured Article is not exploded in Outbound Delivery

Symptom

The STO (stock transfer order) is created in ME21N with a structured article, e.g., a Sales Set article.

After that, when using T-code VL10B to create Outbound Delivery, it happens that the Structured article is not exploded in the Outbound Delivery.
