3461758 - User who had second crossboarding process or restarted onboarding process received multiple compliance forms

Users who had second crossboarding process or restarted onboarding process received multiple compliance forms attached to (ONB) Compliance Document Signature task completion Template.

Email Template is configured as below:

• (ONB) Compliance Document Signature task completion Template 
• Trigger Condition: (ONB) Compliance Document Signature Task Completion Trigger 
• Select Attachment Document Type = SignedDocuments.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Candidate had a crossboarding process in November 2023 and is having another crossboarding process in April 2024. So the email has the attachment of all the documents signed as part of the previous process and the current process. 
• Or candidate complete compliance process during Onboarding process. Restart the onboarding and complete the compliance again. 2 version of compliance forms attached.

• This is the current system design
• When the user completes the e-sign step of compliance forms, this templates sends the email to the recipient with all the signed documents even from the previous process.

Customer confirmed it is the current system behavior that when the user completes the sigature step of compliance forms, (ONB) Compliance Document Signature task completion Template sends the email to the recipient with all the signed documents even from the previous process.
