User who had second crossboarding process received copies of signed form in the compliance email attachment.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• We have configured an email Template:

1. 1. (ONB) Compliance Document Signature task completion Template 
   2. under Trigger Condition: (ONB) Compliance Document Signature Task Completion Trigger 
   3. with Select Attachment Document Type = SignedDocuments.
     

• When the user completes the e-sign step of compliance forms (as part of crsossboarding process), this templates sends the email to the recipient with all the signed documents even of the previous process.
• For example, User xxxx, had a crossboarding process in November 2023 and is having another crossboarding process in April 2024. So the email has the attachment of all the documents signed as part of the previous process and the current process. However, we want to attach only the documents which user has signed as part of the current process. The old forms of the previous process should not be included in the attachments.

• This is the current system design

• We have checked with the engineering team and the PM team as per the current design this is expected behaviour.
