3461799 - Archived sales documents can not be found or opened in standard SD Fiori apps

Symptom

When using standard SD Fiori apps, e.g. Manage Sales Orders (F1873), archived sales document is specified in the search filter but the app returns no value. 
However, the same archived sales document can be displayed in backend systems GUI transactions like VA03/VF03.
