3461862 - Tiles are not appearing in Fiori Launchpad after upgrade to S/4HANA 2023 or client copy or client transport

Symptom

After upgrade to S/4HANA 2023 or client copy or client transport, Fiori Launchpad tiles are not opening for the new client or changes are not getting reflected.

  • Error message in Console log of Fiori Launchpad:
    Tile XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with vizId X-SAP-UI2-PAGE:X-SAP-UI2-CATALOGPAGE:SAP_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has no matching visualization. As the tile cannot be used to start an app it is removed from the page.
  • In Fiori Launchpad Content Manager (/n/ui2/FLPCM_CUST) catalogs for assigned role are showing Status in Current Client {Catalog does not exist}, as the image below:
