3461938 - Purchase Order Workflow Rule is not sending Notification to Creator, Requestor and Recipient of shopping cart

You have created a purchase order workflow rule and in Recipient field, you selected "Notification to Creator, Requestor and Recipient of shopping cart" , but notification is not sent as per this rule.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to Application and User Management work center
2. Select Workflow Rules
3. Select Business Object: Purchase Order
4. create a notification rule 
5. Enter all details and in the last step, set the Recipient: Notification to Creator, Requestor and Recipient of shopping cart

As per the rule, notification will go to Creator, Requestor and Recipient of "shopping cart", but this is a standalone purchase order or the preceding document is not a shopping cart that means it is not created from a shopping cart, hence the rule is not working.

Please set the recipient determination as "Notification to Employee Responsible", so that Buyer Responsible of the purchase order will get it.
