3461988 - Work Experience does not show data in Spotlight - Employee Central

Even having Work Experience Portlet filled out, data is not available in Public Profile.

Check if test user has Work Experience information, then:

1. Click on Account Navigation up-left screen (user photo)
2. Select Public Profile
3. Work Experience shows: "There's nothing to show yet. When there is, you'll see it here."

The Work Experience Mapping in Manage Data was not automatically created due to a Configuration Issue. 

Please Review the Work Experience Mapping  in Manage Data, if not created please follow the steps in the following section of the guide:

If there are any configuration issues they will be highlighted via a validation error.
