3462004 - Picklist State field in candidate profile shows value as "undefined" - Recruiting Management

Some candidates have the picklist State field displaying as blank in their candidate profiles, and when checking about it in candidate history or generating an ad-hoc report, the field has the value set as "undefined".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Check the affected candidate profile and see that the State field is empty
2. Open this candidate history and you will see that the State field is set as "undefined" in audit
3. Generate an ad-hoc report in Report Center for Recruiting V2 and you will see that the State field for this candidate is also set as "undefined"

Engineering is already investigating about it.

Issue seems to be intermittent and does not occur to all candidates.
