• In PDC while filling Custom MDF such as Educational details portlet, onboardee is seeing the error message." Please fill the details for Diploma or Graduation, HSC, Intermediate in Education Details section."
• Behavior observed with custom MDF associated with the business rules. 

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access Admin center > Select Onboarding.
2. Search for the candidate.
3. Complete PDC step > Educational Details(Higher to lower).

4. Fill High school details First Then add section - Fill Diploma Details.

   Or

   Fill High school details First Then add section - Fill Graduation Details.

5. Submit.
6. Observe the error : Please fill the details for Diploma or Graduation, HSC, Intermediate in Education Details section.

• Education Details Section must be added in Higher to lower Hierarchy.
• Add sections as per Higher Education to lower education details.

• It is expected to fill Educational Details as per Higher to lower in Hierarchical order.

• Fill Graduation Details > Then add section - Fill Diploma Details > Then add section - Fill High School Details. (In order Higher education details to lower)

• Business Rules present are as follows: 
  • If Education Details.Education Type is not equal to Graduation AND Education Details.Education Type is not equal to Diploma then it is expected to observe the error Please fill the details for Diploma or Graduation, HSC, Intermediate in Education Details section
