3462078 - Settlement posting from order to WBS element cannot be settled further within project settlement

Production order is assigned to a WBS element, settlement entries are posted to WBS element when performing order settlement,
these entries cannot be settled further when performing settlement for WBS element.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Settlement from production orders postings are already marked as a 'Sender credit from settlement(CO_BEKNZ = O)' by order settlement.
Settlement is not picking up any settlement credits, therefore project is not settling these postings further.
It is a standard logic, that settlement credits are not even selected by the settlement program, this is not supported in SAP standard.
