3462104 - Business rules not working in History but working in Edit mode

Symptom

Business rules can update Pay Components in edit mode but doesn't work in History.

Reproducing the Issue

You have configured a business rule (onChange or onSave) to update pay component:

1. Go to user's profile;

2. Click Pencil icon of Compensation information, change Base Salary Amount to another amount and then the Amount in Pay Component changes accordingly;

3. Click Clock icon of Compensation information, edit the record, change the Base Salary Amount, but the Amount in Pay Component does not change accordingly.

Cause

Engineering team is investigating the issue.

Resolution

This KBA will be updated with the investigation details once they are available.
