Users are trying to update the Freight Booking using the TGI (TransportationOrderGenericRequest_In) message by external planning business scope. They are sending an XML from the TM external planning system to the TM S/4HANA system.
However, the XML failed in the TM S/4HANA system and an error message is received: "012(/SCMTMS/TOR_INT) Business document with base BTD ID &1 and type code &2 does not exist." But the Freight Booking exists in the TM S/4HANA system.
