• Add a template with trigger : (ONB) Custom Task Completion Trigger.
• Once the custom task is completed the email is not triggered.

• The issue is because the custom task is not mandatory.

• The custom task should be made mandatory.
• Once the task is mandatory, the email will be triggered.
