3462273 - InboundRA failing with "No such method - "setMaxReaderThreadCount""

Symptom

The InboundRA is not starting.

The default traces shows the below error:

"Global [startApp] operation of application [sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.sapjra.inboundRA] finished with errors for [31] ms on server process [109662351] [
 >>> Errors <<<
    1). com.sap.engine.services.connector.exceptions.BaseDeploymentException: No such method - "setMaxReaderThreadCount" of instance of class "class com.sap.mw.jco.jra.JRA$ResourceAdapterImpl".
    at com.sap.engine.services.connector.deploy.util.ResourceAdapterStarter.setConfigProperties(ResourceAdapterStarter.java:680)
    at com.sap.engine.services.connector.deploy.util.ResourceAdapterStarter.instantiateRA(ResourceAdapterStarter.java:308)"

Under NWA -> Configuration -> Infrastructure -> Application Resources: filter for InboundRA (Resource adapter), two "MaxReaderThreadCount" properties with different types can be found.
