3462279 - Cloud Integration tenant's Public Odata API call gives back HTTP 200 with incorrect HTML response

Symptom

Cloud Integration Public Odata API is called, for example "api/v1/MessageProcessingLogs". The response HTTP code is 200, meaning the call is successful, but the response is unexpected.
