3462292 - Electronic Bank Statement: Error FB771 is not issued when uploading the same statement in different file formats.

Symptom

Same bank statement can be uploaded in different file formats, as MT940 and CAMT.053, without getting any error message.
The expectation is that error message FB771 "Acct &: Statement & already exists; entry ignored", is issued in case of uploading the same file number.
