Symptom

  • While opening Manage Policies and Manage Processes, below error comes as pop up:
    Business Function for this application is not active 

Environment

  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP
  • SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to EC Payroll 
  2. Click on Manage Processes/Manage Policies
  3. Error pops up:
    Business Function for this application is not active 

Cause

Inactive business functions

Resolution

Activate Business Function HCM_LOC_CI_92
