3462328 - Error SG 813 related to DMS_LOG_FILE_PATH

Symptom

When trying to access a document in transaction like CV03N the error "No physical path is configured for logical file name DMS_LOG_FILE_PATH" (SG813) is raised. 
Another scenario could be that the error “File /usr/sap/<system ID>/SYS/global/..... cannot be opened” is raised while starting the document distribution.
