3462465 - How to find the workflow scenario triggered for a purchasing document - SAP S/4HANA

Flexible Workflow has been activated and many workflow scenarios have been configured in the Manage Workflows app. However, it is not clear which scenario has been triggered for a purchasing document (e.g. contract, purchase order, purchase requisition...).
