Application Error when clicking on "Send Test" button in an E-mail Campaign

1. In the E-mail Campaign, click on Review Email
2. Click on Send Test button

A possible cause is the "Recruiting Marketing REST URL" is incorrect under Provisioning > Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URL
