In this moment is not possible to split entitlements of one license across multiple global accounts.

Typically, the global account in BTP isn't tied to a specific region, only the contained subaccounts. If regional allocation is the primary concern, creating a new subaccount in the desired region within the existing entitled global account is a viable solution.

This approach allows for configuring access rights to the subaccounts as needed and connecting any desired system.
