3462654 - Application error when editing Seniority Calculation Process - 1H 2024

An application error is received when editing Seniority Calculation Process in Manage Data.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Seniority Calculation

1. Navigate to Manage Data.
2. Select ‘Create New’ and then select 'Seniority Calculation Process'.
3. Provide the details - ID, select Calculation Date Type as Dynamic Date.
4. Select Calculation Policy.
5. Upon selection of user group – Application error occurred.

• The error is due to missing RBP permission "Manage Employee Dynamic Groups" in Manage permission role > Manage user.
• Once the permission is provided, the application error will not occur
• The application error is planned to be fixed in 2H 2024 release.
