3462670 - Status stuck in 'In Process' with no message emitted when importing condition records to Manage Prices - Sales app (F4111) - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

When importing condition records to Manage Prices - Sales (F4111) app via a template-based spreadsheet, the status for each line item is stuck in "in process" and emits no message.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• If the spreadsheet file is larger than 100 KB (approximately 1000 condition records), the system imports it in a background job. The status of the import can be tracked in the import history.
• If the background job runs too slow even for a small amount of data, system administrator should be contacted. The problem could be that the condition table has grown too large with existing condition records. If this is the case, consider archiving invalid condition records to free up space in the condition table.

• To ensure the best system performance when processing large data volume, always use a simplified spreadsheet file. Also, restrict the data export or import to a maximum of 100,000 condition records.
