3462700 - Condition type not automatically determined in Sales Document Pricing Procedures

Symptom

Condition Types are not being automatically determined on Sales Document Pricing Elements / Procedure.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create Sales Document Type.

2. Fulfill mandatory information and create a new item.

3. Check Conditions tab at Item level, some conditions which are part of Pricing Procedure were not automatically determined by the system.

Cause

If conditions were inserted on Pricing Procedure, is very likely that conditions that were not automatically determined are marked as "Manual only" on Pricing procedure. Conditions that are given this indicator in the pricing procedure, are only included in determination (price determination, outputdetermination, batch determination) either if they are entered manually, for example, on the condition overview screen in Pricing or if they are transferred from an external process, such as costing.

Resolution

System design. If user wants to make determination automatically, they should remove Manual Only checkbox in Pricing Procedure determination.
