3462725 - The field size for text and picklist field are different in address portlet

When we navigate to Address portlet, the field size of text and picklist field are different in address portlet.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Address Information

1. Navigate to employee profile.
2. Edit Address Information portlet.
3. We can observe the difference between the size of text and picklist field.

This is by system design, as edit dialog supports different layout. 

Enginering Team have confirmed that is an expected behavior and same behavior can be observed in other portlets also - for example Job Information.
