3462843 - When user switch to Spaces and Pages, the customized layouts saved in any App is missing.

When user tries to switch to Spaces and Pages, the customized layouts saved in any application is lost. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The users are accessing a deprecated app from my home page. 

Access the application directly from the search bar instead of accessing from My home page.

OR

Replace the deprecated app with its successor on the home page to ensure users have access to the current and supported version.
