3462852 - Error with hdbnsutil and HANA Encryption Root Key Backup File

Symptom

Not able to utilize hdbnsutil for validating HANA encryption root key backup file, but an error message is displayed when attempting to validate root keys backup in the directory /usr/sap/XXX/HDB00/exe, ./hdbnsutil -validateRootKeysBackup ENCRYPTION_ROOT_KEYS_BACKUPFILE.rkb issues error:

./hdbnsutil: error while loading shared libraries: libhdbpythonbase.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or director
