3462957 - UA-FI: The transformation J_1UFDI_IN_TAXV_14 could not be executed

Symptom

The user attempts to create XML for a Tax Invoice in transaction J1UF_IN_OUT (Register of Outgoing Tax Invoices (Ukraine)). The XML is not created, in the application log (Ctrl + F8) the error "The transformation J_1UFDI_IN_TAXV_14 could not be executed" is displayed.
