'IOLayer Error: Error [IOLayer]: (#61) Destination host is unreachable! Error [Protocol]' while creating live universe connection through webdispatcher in SAP Analytics Cloud(SAC).

1. Login to SAC.
2. Navigate to Connections > Choose 'Connect to Live Data'.
3. Select 'SAP Universe or WebI document'.
4. Add the details.

Notice the error 'IOLayer Error: Error [IOLayer]: (#61) Destination host is unreachable! Error [Protocol]'.
