3463111 - App Manage Customer Contacts can't create a contact.

Symptom

User cannot create contact from the App Manage Customer Contacts.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open app "Manage Customer Contacts"
  2. Press "Go"
  3. User can see the list of all created customer contacts.
  4. User would like to create additional contact entry.

Resolution

To create a customer contact, do this: -

  1. Open the business partner in the App Process Receivables.
  2. Provide the Business Partner Number in the search filter.
  3. Open the business partner details.
  4. here, you have the Create Customer Contact button. This forwards you to the Manage Customer Contacts app.
