Symptom
User cannot create contact from the App Manage Customer Contacts.

Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Reproducing the Issue
- Open app "Manage Customer Contacts"
- Press "Go"
- User can see the list of all created customer contacts.
- User would like to create additional contact entry.
Resolution
To create a customer contact, do this: -
- Open the business partner in the App Process Receivables.
- Provide the Business Partner Number in the search filter.
- Open the business partner details.
- here, you have the Create Customer Contact button. This forwards you to the Manage Customer Contacts app.
