SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
A candidate hired in Recruiting (RCM) and initiated in Onboarding 1.0 (OBD) needs to be moved to Onboarding (OBX).

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Resolution
There is currently no way to move a candidate that has been initiated in Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding during the onboarding process. If a candidate has been initiated in the wrong version, the process needs to be completed in the initiated version or a new candidate will need to be initiated from RCM.
